Denn der Tera wirkt erwachsener als der ähnlich große T-Cross, hat ein konventionelles Interieur und ist günstig. Wohl deutlich unter 20.000 Euro VW hat den genauen Preis noch nicht genannt, aber der Rahmen ist abgesteckt. Der Tera soll mit dem Fiat Pulse (ab 17.400 Euro) und dem Nissan Kicks (ab 19.000 Euro) konkurrieren. Es dürfte also auch beim kleinen VW deutlich unter 20.000 Euro losgehen. Die Gestaltung der Schürze ist hier jedoch einfacher ausgeführt, trotz angedeutetem Diffusor wirkt das nicht so edel wie beim Tiguan.
